The Web Marketing Festival is the biggest tradeshow of its kind in Italy, attracting thousands of professionals and enthusiasts to Rimini every year to find out all the latest news from the world of Digital Innovation.
DAPP took part in the 2019 edition with a dedicated stall to reach anyone who wanted to find out more about digital solutions associated to packaging and about engaging consumers with innovative marketing campaigns.
To interact with visitors in a different way, while simultaneously allowing them to experience first-hand the potential of DAPP, we chose the DAPP Ready solution, partnering with Leevia to efficiently set up an Instant Win connected to the products we brought to the event. Specifically, we chose the rollup as a touchpoint for our contest, adding a QR Code connected to a landing page within DAPP’s domain.
For the occasion, the link behind the QR Code was related to a digital contest, but the DAPP Ready offers a wide range of solutions and opportunities. In fact, the same rollup with the same QR Code can be used for future campaigns! It’s just a matter of updating the landing page content or dynamically changing the link behind the QR code and the rollup will be ready to go!
Those who visited the booth were able to scan the QR Code on the rollup using the standard reader they had on their phone, reaching the dedicated landing page in just a click with a form to take part in our contest. Specifically, we had set up a “Scratch & Win” type of contest, one of the many you will find in our portfolio. Visitors were asked to scratch an image on their smartphone’s display in order to find out whether they won a DAPP gadget they could then pick up from the stand.
This experience allowed us to engage the fair’s visitors and it let them discover DAPP and its endless possibilities in an easy and fun way. It also allowed us to collect their data and come across a great number of potential prospects, which we then got in touch with via a dedicated newsletter that resulted in promising open and interaction rates.
From fair to database: thanks to DAPP, our offline visitors turned into online contacts with whom we were able to share new exciting possibilities!
